In 1962 "DADASH BARADAR" has been registered formally. By Commissioning new machinery at the same year, Dadash Baradar upgraded its' capacity, thus lead to more various products.

In 1975, Mr. Dadash sold his share to Mr. Rasoul Biuck and his brothers.

In 1983 the brand of  has been registered for the company products.

In 1983 Mr. Gheybali Biuck transferred his share to Mr. Rasoul Biuck and his brother. Since then  has set up new production lines include biscuit, center filled toffee, Hard Candy, wafer, Milk Caramel, Snack Bars, Nougat Bars and chocolate.

This routine continued till September 2009, in which with important changes in the share of company, all the shares has been purchased by Mr. Rasoul Biuck and his family. Through making new changes and new investments, the technology and production lines updated and the company prepared to enter to a new age, which could be called the turning point in history. With more than ten distributors throughout Iran, the local marketers distribute the products all over the country. This plays an important role in total sale of company .Now wherever and whenever you hear the name of, be sure that the quality and enjoyment both meet in the delicious taste of  products.

Entering into the 65^th year of its establishment,  does its best to introduce variety of products with high quality and classic taste in every corner of country.
